I find lately it is hard to figure what the heck is going on with life. It seems that no one can do their job right he first time. Many companies have procedures to rectify problems. Why not do it properly this first time?
My oldest daughter is visiting and always likes to order a beef on kimelwick whenever she visits. So this time I she came I took her to her favorite resturant.for her special (to her.) When our food arrived her meal, was so far frm what she ordered it was as if she ordered something entirely different. She requested her beef to be rare and cold. The meat was so far from rare it was as if she ordered OVERCOOKED. The roll was not a kimelwick it was a chabada roll.
I ordered a cheeseburger, with lettuce, onion and mustard. The cheese was the only thing that arrived on the burger. They were kind enough to offer to remove her meal from the bill. I did not make mention of the error in my order. GREAT we have a solution for our error. Pay attention to what the customer is telling you and GET IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.
Why this rant from someone who rarely complains? Because, this is not the only situation that exists. Stay tuned for further Fun with Fails
