Dee began her writing career a tad late in life.  She is joyously looking forward to

being 71 in October of 2010.  She was the dutiful daughter that studied art even

though she wanted to write, married well (think Brad Pitt) , had two beautiful

daughters then two handsome grandsons.  She's lived all her life in upstate NY. 

 Her present home is little over a mile from where she grew up.

 

Never one to follow convention, she determined to write fantasy romance. 

Her twist being that all her stories feature as a main character a being who

can either become a fox from being human or become human from being a fox.

 

Her life has now taken an unpleasant turn as she lost her beloved husband Bill. 

 They were married nearly 49 years and were so often together people considered

them to be a "set."  Dee will spend her time taking herself to other worlds to ease

 the pain.

 

She writes to transport the reader to a gentler time and to grant brief respite

from the cares of today.
